Available with an Ice Beech or Walnut Wood handle
Ice Beech or “Eisbuche” is one of the most distinctive woods you will ever find. Created with sustainable practices from beech trees of the Black Forest, Ice Beech is created as the wood undergoes a natural process involving extended exposure to cold weather and moisture to produce its uniquely veined character and rich contrast.
Walnut wood for these knives originate from Baden and France and are taken from the root or the trunk close to the root. It is hard and has a good grip, elegant blackish-brown coloring and a beautiful swirling grain. Rare, noble and very durable, it is a real treasure among the European woods.
