Ordering and Shipping

Domestic Shipping 

All Gardenheir orders ship from New York via USPS, UPS or FedEx, with USPS the most common. Due to the ongoing global rise in shipping costs, we have created a flat rate structure to calculate shipping cost depending on location. At present it is:

$10-12 flat rate Standard shipping for most orders
$16-18 flat rate Standard shipping for heavy/oversized orders
$24-50 flat rate Standard shipping for the heaviest/bulkiest orders

Alaska and Hawaii shipments will cost slightly more.

We promise that we are not trying to profit on shipping costs and we hope this feels fair to everyone, while keeping things relatively simple to understand.

Available expedited shipping options will be shown at checkout as well. Expedited orders placed after 1 PM typically ship the next business day. Weekend delivery is not guaranteed.

*If you require a specific mail carrier to deliver to your address, please leave a note in the comment field during checkout and we will do our best to accommodate.

Ordering & Processing Time

Generally, orders will be processed 24-48 hours from the time your order is placed,  pending availability and credit card authorization.

During high season and promotional periods, delivery might take a little longer.

Please double check the shipping address during checkout, especially as many browsers auto-populate addressesOrders that are returned as "Return to Sender" (wrong address, package refused at customs, etc.) will be refunded less shipping/handling charge, once the package arrives back to us. For customers that would like to have their "Return to Sender" order redelivered to their corrected address will unfortunately require an additional shipping fee for a second delivery. 

Once shipped, your order should generally arrive within 1-5 days, depending on your location. As a reference, once shipped, most orders to NY typically arrive in 1-2 business days, and most orders to CA arrive in 4-6 business days.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday (excluding Federal Holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking.

To save on packaging and costs, by default, all items are shipped together unless it requires multiple shipments. If you have pre-ordered an item alongside other items, you order will likely not ship until the pre-order item is available.

Missing Items
If we are unable to fulfill your order in the event of an inventory issue, we will issue you a refund for your order. If you have ordered multiple items, you will receive a refund for the missing item and we will continue to ship out your remaining items.

Lost Packages
Gardenheir is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are dispatched from our shipping facility. We also are not responsible for any carrier delays that are outside of our control. 

Changes To Your Order

Please make sure to carefully review your cart at checkout before confirming your order. Once your order is placed it is sent directly to our fulfillment team, therefore changes cannot be made to your order, ship date, or shipping address. 


Discount codes are valid for one-time use per customer and cannot be combined. Discounts will be reflected at checkout and are applied before calculated shipping and tax. Some exclusions may apply. Discount codes cannot be applied to previous purchases.

In the event of a return or exchange, your refund or available credit will reflect the adjusted price based on the value of the discount code that was applied to your original order. As discount codes are one-time use, they are not transferable in exchanges.

Sales Tax

New York sales tax of 8.875% is added to all orders within the state of New York.


International Shipping/Duties & Taxes/Returns

All International orders ship from New York will generally ship via DHL or FedEx International, depending on carrier availability. Calculated rates will be shown at checkout. In the rare instance where actual shipping cost is found to be much higher than the calculated rate, unfortunately we may have to cancel the order but will email you with options for additional shipping costs if you prefer.

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes and are the responsibility of the purchaser. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

Orders that are returned as "Return to Sender" (wrong address, package refused at customs, etc.) will be refunded less shipping charges, once the package arrives back to us.

Unfortunately, we are not equipped to issue pre-paid return labels for international orders. Please contact us with any return requests. Once approved, you can send your return using the shipping method of your choice. Please be sure to include your contact and order information, including tracking number.
