The Otter Messer model no. 525 (heftier than the no. 108) is a powerful folding pruning knife that is particularly useful for cutting all types of wood. Sharpened on both sides, it is a versatile helper both in the garden and in nurseries.

The blade is made of carbon steel with a high cutting capacity. After the blade has been brushed (fine grinding), it is sharpened again to give it a very fine cutting edge. The handle consists of strong sapele wood and has a good hand feel during work.
