A wonderful Japanese Oroshi grater for wasabi (horseradish) daikon (radish) ginger, nutmeg etc. It turns food to to a fine paste rather than actually shredding it and is great for a ginger tea. It stands up, hangs up, and looks like a shoe horn. Brilliant.
