These stunning Handmade Bent Ash and Copper English Garden Riddle and Sieve are an essential tool hand crafted in England by self-taught “sievewright” Steve Overthrow – the only traditional sievewright in the world.

Handmade from steam bend ash, the 8" or 12” Sieve has 1/8” copper mesh and is ideal for seed starting, or anytime fine sifting is required. For the 14” Riddle, the hoop is drilled with small holes and copper wire is hand woven through to create the 1/4” mesh. Perfect for removing large debris from garden beds and borders, while also useful for collecting cut flowers, fruits and vegetables, washing and pressing.

The pair work great a a potting shed set with the smaller sitting nicely into the larger.
