Shipping Orders ship from our warehouse in upstate NY via UPS, FedEx, or USPS and usually leave our warehouse in 1–3 business days. If you need it sooner, expedited shipping is available at checkout. Returns & Exchanges We want to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible. Most items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery using our Return & Exchange Portal (domestic orders only). Need to swap for a different size or color?
