This medium sized bread knife makes cutting breads a real joy in terms of aesthetics and function, producing a clean cut and nearly no crumbs. Lightweight and comfortable beech handle with an elegant, slightly cranked blade that aids in the sawing motion even with larger loaves.
The 6 mm wide, thinly ground and polished teeth of the serration give a very long lasting cutting ability without becoming dull. In comparison to other bread knives with serrated edge it holds the cut at least 4 times longer.
This knife has been tested and loved in many distinguished restaurants in Germany.
