African Marigold
(Tagetes erecta) Annual. Bold, vibrant marigold blooms perfect for both the garden and the kitchen. Large, colorful flowers add a mild, citrusy flavor. 

Chamomile
(Matricaria recutita) Annual. Edible small white petals on golden centered flowers with sweet, herbal notes that are also famously used as a calming tea.

Mauritanian Mallow (Hollyhock)
(Malva sylvestris) Annual. Lovely purple flowers add a nice coloring to tea mixes and are great as an edible flower in salads.

Nasturtium
Annual. A lovely mix of oranges, yellows and bi-color flowers that add colorful, peppery bite (similar to watercress or arugula) to dishes.

Orange Calendula
(Calendula officinalis). Annual. Profuse golden-yellow to deep-orange blossoms that add a beautiful saffron color and mildly peppery flavor to dishes.
