A very fine organic Indian black teas, this remarkable, full-bodied Assam yields a clean and toasty earthen profile with unctuous notes of salted caramel, cacao and a delicate suggestion of toasted walnut. This deeply satisfying tea enjoys a long, smooth finish.

Brewing:

• 1-2 tsp per 8oz/250ml
• 195ºF/90ºC (Bring fresh, cold water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 1 minute, and proceed)
• Brew 4-6 minutes
• Good for 2 infusions
