• Beeswax naturally burns cleaner, brighter, hotter, and longer than most choices and does not require chemical processing or additives to enhance these properties

• Always burn on a heat-safe surface and never leave unattended
• Burn for 2–3 hours per session to avoid tunneling
• Trim wick to ¼" before each burn — ideally right after burning
• Fold in wax edges as the candle burns down for an even melt
• Recenter wick as needed to prevent uneven burning
• If buildup appears, extinguish, trim wick, and relight
• To extinguish, dip wick into the wax pool and straighten

Shipping
Orders ship from our warehouse in upstate NY via USPS, UPS, or FedEx and usually leave our warehouse in 1–3 business days. If you need it sooner, expedited shipping is available at checkout. We use flat-rate shipping based on your location and item size.

Returns & Exchanges
We want to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible. Most items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery using our Return & Exchange Portal (domestic orders only). Need to swap for a different size or color? Our Instant Exchange option lets you reserve your item right away, with your new order shipping out promptly. Sale and Final Sale items, as well as certain excluded categories, are not eligible for return.
