Honoring one of the most important visitors to our gardens, the Bee Pot celebrates the humble pollinator in hand-worked terracotta.

Developed exclusively for Gardenheir, each Bee Pot is handmade in Impruneta, Italy, a Tuscan town renowned for producing some of the finest terracotta in the world. A small bee is rendered in relief against the warm, natural clay—a simple tribute to the pollinators that are so essential to a thriving garden.

Each pot is individually formed by a skilled artisan, retaining the subtle marks of its maker and the natural variations of the clay. These qualities distinguish each piece from mass-produced pottery and ensure that no two are exactly alike.

For centuries, the artisans of Impruneta have worked with the region’s distinctive clay, prized for its beauty, strength, and exceptional resistance to frost. Fired at high temperatures using techniques passed down through generations, Impruneta terracotta is made to withstand the seasons and develop greater character with age and use.
