Inside, the geotextile felt layer protects and contains the roots, limits evaporation and distributes water. What is Geotextile Fabric?

Traditionally used by farmers and plant nurseries to hold mulch in place, the geotextile fabric is conceived to be in constant contact with the earth, whilst allowing for the soil to breathe. The fabric has a slight sheen (similar to an eggshell pain finish) in a brown tone with thin green wefts, its pared down look elegantly holds the soil and melts into the landscape.
