Founded in Tuscany in 1894, Alighiero Campostrini has spent over a century perfecting the art of fine soap and home fragrance — earning, along the way, the distinction of official supplier to the British Royal Family. Nearly shuttered before the new millennium, the historic brand was rescued and revitalized by fellow Tuscan soap makers Saponerie Fissi, who painstakingly reconstructed its original formulations and packaging. Today it stands as a quietly prestigious Italian institution, its artisan traditions intact and its reach decidedly international.
